Efrén Santiago - Vice President - Professional Services

Mr. Santiago worked many years for Oracle Caribbean, Inc; where he participated in various leadership positions such as, Director of Sales for Consulting for the Caribbean and North Latin America and Director of Sales and Consulting for the Caribbean. He acquired various experiences as a speaker for governments such as, Perú, Columbia and Chile in topics of about e-Government.   

Mr. Santiago worked with the Puerto Rican government as Director of Information Systems, where he successfully made important strides in the Development of Government Information Systems.  Because of Mr. Santiago’s tremendous work effort, he was recognized as “Outstanding Public Servant”.

He has collaborated with many professional associations such as the Directors Association of Information Systems, where he performed as Vice President.
