Central Repository

The Electronic Medical Record consists of a central patient information repository that includes demographic information, clinical history, a record of the patient's medical visits, as well as relevant diagnostic and therapeutic information.

Multimedia Data Capture

Fast searching algorithms, multiple search alternatives, and support of ID cards with barcode will help eliminate duplicates and errors during data entry. Complete multimedia capabilities support, including capture and archiving of patient documents such as insurance card, patient's photo, driver's license, etc., as well as any other documents, such as written physician or progress notes to ensure complete and accurate data capture.

Statistical Information

This centralized record is designed to provide powerful statistical information, can be linked with other modules and can be web-enabled. The system provides immediate patient information when needed and Comparative Disease Treatment information for Health Insurance Management and Planning purposes.

Master Patient Index (MPI)

The Master Patient Index will allow any hospital or institution access to the patient’s medical record; online at real-time. This guarantees the reduction of errors while at the same time adhering to HIPAA regulations.
