Appointment Scheduling System

The Appointment Scheduling System allows automation of all the patient’s appointments for hospital services throughout the facility. The system is designed to manage both central and distributed patient scheduling.  It generates management reports, statistical reports and no show statistics.  It provides tools to easily find the next available time slot by resource and global rules to manage holidays and resources.

The Appointment Scheduling System was designed to allow hospitals easy identification of the patient’s record and to share information with authorized departments and personnel within the organization. The system provides real-time scheduling information with the capability to interact with the facility’s telephone system to allow for system generated appointment reminder calls and the generation of appointment reminder letters.
